Only leaving one star because I have to. ** I would like to note ahead of time I have been going to pho cafe for YEARS and have raved about it to all my friends and family. It’s been my #1 pho spot in all of wilmington- so I am GREATLY disappointed and feel robbed** I called ahead to place an order for beef pho ( which they prep batches 8 hours ahead of time, AKA premade, not yes distributed) and bánh mì. After giving payment over the phone I realized I needed to call back to request no cilantro (or basil) due to concern for the nationwide outbreak of Cyclospora (if you haven’t heard of this, please look it up and be cautious/ aware). This is a parasite linked to cilantro, basil, and bagged salads causing severe illness such as diarrhea and vomiting across the nation, starting on May 1st, 2026. So I called the restaurant back to request the accommodation, they proceeded to tell me that they “do not do accommodations or alterations”. I explained to them that if they could not accommodate me, I would like a refund for my order because I no longer want the food due to not wanting to risk it (this food was going to be dropped off to my pregnant sister, moreso reason to not want to ri

My family and I came here hoping to enjoy a nice meal together, but unfortunately the customer service left a lot to be desired. When we walked in, we were barely greeted and didn’t feel very welcomed. During our meal, one of the drinks we purchased was made poorly, and when we politely asked if it could be exchanged, the staff refused to accommodate us. We were respectful and understanding throughout the interaction, but it felt like they had no interest in helping resolve a simple issue. The food may be fine, but the lack of hospitality and customer service made for a disappointing experience. I don’t think we’ll be returning.

What a breath of fresh air! Since moving to Wilmington I've really been missing Banh Mi after years of easy access to a Banh Mi truck. Pho Cafe makes a killer Banh Mi and their Pho is delicious. Quick, easy service, and so tasty. I'll absolutely be back.

Ohh and Still at the same price to eat out of a plastic container will not get our business ever again wasted TRIP AND TIME!!! and to top it off charged me .53 cents for ICE for my cup.. pure, pathetic and greed of money….after dropping 51.00 bucks with you to charge for 🧊 ICE……very poor excuse!!

Don't judge a book by it's cover. This place has some of the best Pho this side of the Pacific. The broth is just right and they also provide chili oil. Pho Tai and Pho Gao were both dynamite. The pork Bahn mi was good but the sauce is a bit heavy. Very fast service. I look forward to returning.
